Dr. Rachel Boechler has a wealth of experience in the education and business fields. As a consultant, presenter, facilitator, coach, teacher, and leader she will work in collaboration with you to achieve the goals you and your organization aspire to. Rachel has served in roles ranging from School Superintendent in K-12 education to Chief Operating Officer in a multi-million dollar business allowing her to apply leadership lessons in the public and private sectors. With a focus on alignment of purpose and achievement of desired outcomes she works with you to develop sustainable practices and transferable skills that have both short and long term impact.
Rachel is also a senior facilitator and consultant for Navitas and the Australian School of Applied Management (ASAM) and 20-year facilitator for the Center for Courage & Renewal.
